Bailey Miles is a real estate agent with Sheffield Realty specializing in commercial and residential. He is also a partner at Milestone Capital & Development, a real estate investment & development company. He is a past president of the Builder & Developers Council at the Tulsa Home Builders Association, as well as the Southwest Chapter. He currently serves on the board of the Tulsa Home Builders Association. He is also on board of Your One Degree and the Advisory Council for the Tulsa Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club.
Bailey also hosts the Building Excellence Podcast. The Building Excellence podcast is all about sharing inspiring stories and lessons from successful business minds, athletes, coaches, and thought leaders to help people build excellence in their life, leadership, and legacy. From business leaders like Horst Schultz the Founder of the Ritz Carlton to coaches like Phillip Fulmer of Tennessee football. The show brings out lessons that are applicable to everyone across all professions.
Prior to real estate Bailey coached college basketball at Furman University. During his time in college basketball he had the chance to work with players and coaches at USA Basketball, the University of Virginia, Gonzaga University, the University of Kansas, Butler University, the OKC Thunder, and many more. He currently is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Regent Prep in Tulsa.
Bailey is happily married to his wife Chandler and they have a daughter Hayden. In his free time he enjoys traveling, reading, flying, sporting events, faith related activities, and spending time with friends and family.
