James began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he rose through progressive leadership positions and earned recognition as Oklahoma’s Recruiter of the Year. His service-instilled values of accountability, precision, and attention to detail form the foundation of his real estate practice today. After retiring from the Marine Corps, James continued to excel in civilian roles, including serving his community as a Police Sergeant and later as a Program Manager supporting multimillion-dollar Department of Defense contracts. These roles sharpened his skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving—skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
